Rawhide is a bad idea for a dog. Just because they will chew and eat it has no value. After all this is an animal that will chew and swallow plastic. Rawhide is not digestible and can harm a dog. My parents have had to pay a large vet bill to have some rawhide removed from their dog’s stomach.
