Puppies pounce. Puppies prey. Puppies prance every day.
Some dogs never quite grow up… smaller breeds have so much energy compared to larger breeds. My shiba always wants to play… my lab wants to nap.
What other things should a puppy be doing?
Puppy to-do list.
Eat.
Sleep.
Pee/poop.
Play.
Repeat.
You can put explore in there if you wish, but I think puppy exploration is part of play.
Got two big scratches on my face right now because of one of our foster pups! Leaned down in their pen to pick up an empty food bowl and they all jumped up at me at the same time. (three brothers together) He almost got me in the eye!
