I don’t understand how the Republican party can support a child molester. Even if it is to get votes.

Mr. Anderson, thank you for saying “teen molester”. The persistent use of the term “child molester” is, IMO, counterproductive, because it evokes the image of sexual abuse of grade-school children.
In any case, his behavior around teens should be enough for him be jailed, and shunned by every decent human being. Instead, he has apologists – and defiant and enthusiastic supporters.
