Very true, but being a slimeball while a comedian and actor, with an adult, not the same as a pedophile District Attorney. Kinda’ like slimballs on buses aren’t exactly class, but they can still get elected for doing worse than that comedian. Elections have consequences. Republican “forgive and forget” seems only “forget” with their own.

Futile lesson. Not in their vocabulary. Tell them in detail what it means, and they’ll say, “Oh, you mean ‘big man’! Nothin’ wrong with that.”

They all look so confused! It’s really not that hard, guys. Actually, the hard part might be the real problem.

I retired as a blue collar employee of the Corps of Engineers and we had diversity and sexual harrassment training every year, and this started 30 years ago.

And Al Franken has stood up and apologized, unlike Weinstein, Scarborough, Trump or Roy Moore. And speaking of the Dump (I wish I didn’t have to) I hope some of the contestants come forward, and that there is video he can’t deny! IMPEACH!

Ever hear men joke about how sensitivity training is BS? I’ve worked in various male-dominated professions for decades, and I’ve observed that they most certainly do it, before AND after the sessions – because the words go in one ear and out the other, then they sign their name that they attended – and nothing changes. Put some punishment behind the words? THEN you get behavioral changes.

I’m only going to say this once because it’s whistling in the wind anyway. These guys did not spring from nowhere. They grew up in a culture — the American culture — where pornography does no harm; where sex is public entertainment; where “men are men” meant considering women as a sub-species chattel present only for sexual gratification, breeding, cooking and washing; where respect for human beings applied only to themselves and their daddies (until their daddies were too old to beat respect into them); and where men who had genuine respect for themselves, for women, for people in general were sissies, weaklings and wusses. Wise up people, we bred this. We wallow in this. We hide this. And we are nauseated when it’s churned up like the bottom of a landfill. done.

Sorry, one more thing: To the woman who was interviewed on NPR after Hugh Hefner’s death saying how proud she and all the Playboy women were to expose themselves and what a wonderful lifestyle it bought them — Thanks for giving men permission to treat all of us like we’re on the sexual auction block.

BTW: we “government grunts” got EEO and anti-harrassment training over 30 years ago, by government, and also the union (NFFE) when I was a steward. Congress, on the other hand, like giving themselves pay raises when they did NOT grant COLAs to other government employees, excused themselves from prosecution for abuse, leaving it to “policing their own”. Right, Packwood resigned and what one other, in like decades? They still ignore rule one and rule two.
