There’s a lot of civic pride here in the great city of Joe.

They should have gotten Kilroy to do the job.

I was in Lisbon Portugal a couple of weeks ago, and the entire city is covered with graffiti. It turns out the city council is encouraging it, calling it “art” and hoping it will eliminate simple “tagging”. But now they have both and what they call art most people would call vandalism.
