But apparently the deplorable base has no memory at all and since the rich people outsourced what jobs they had ( and could do) or made them robotic, they decided they should make every one suffer again. Well, when they do starve and die early and get sick with no safety nets, and still aren’t willing to work the menial jobs that " illegals" do, will there be enough of them to elect a president again to continue the cycle?Maybe the world will get tired of it first, and just kind of let us be isolated like the Trumpers want, so that we don’t mess up the rest of the world. There are MULTIPLE reports of people who LOVE the Health insurance they got through the Affordable Care Act, since it was SO MUCH BETTER then the AWFUL Insurance they would have to get from “Obamacare”!
Actually, republicans and other ‘conservatives’ simply object to ANYONE getting ANYTHING for nothing. The ‘undeserving’ receiving something “without working for it” sets their teeth on edge! Of course, WHO is deserving and WHO is not is determined wholly by their own internal prejudices. Bigotry and racism is rife in the G.O.P. and been ever more ‘refined’ as that party has moved to the Right in American politics.
As a courtesy, I am including the definitions of Bigotry and racism I use in my judgements. (1) A Bigot is a person who feels superiority to another person or group by virtue of their mental, moral or physical make-up.(2) A Racist is a person who feels superiority to another person or group by simple virtue of their physical make-up, alone.
Mr. Bill “Never-Trump” Kristol wrote about HillaryCare,Passage of the…health care plan, in any form, would guarantee and likely make permanent…the largest federal entitlement program since Social Security. Its success would signal a rebirth of centralized welfare-state policy at the very moment we have begun rolling back that idea in other areas.But the…proposal is also a serious political threat to the Republican Party…It will revive the reputation of the party that spends and regulates, the Democrats, as the generous protector of middle-class interests. And it will at the same time strike a punishing blow against Republican claims to defend the middle class by restraining government.
