that is exactly me! I give the grandkids candy, money etc but my cosy chair, NO!
That why I don’t have children visit me. Accept for my cousin’s niece (age 6) who visits me on odd days.
With the small ones, Grandpa’s lap can be a cozy place, but respect is better learned at a young age.
Not my Dad. He would share with the grandkids, great grandkids, and Sugar, the Furious Killer Chihuahua.
The only ones who can sit in my chair are the cats and the puppy.
If I sat in my Great Granddad’s chair, he would sit on me.
