One cat I had, Kellie, didn’t sleep with me, but when my alarm went off, she would jump up on the bed and burrow under the covers, ending up in my arms. We would snuggle for about 5-10 minutes. When she had enough she would nip my finger; then we were both ready to start our day.

I seem to sleep better with a cat on me, or at least in contact
We have 5 of them, usually at least one joins me any time I sleep
