Good morning, Vagabonds. There’s nothing as frustrating as a comics one doesn’t “get.” That’s the ARGYL SWEATER comic I described in yesterday’s “Gaturro.” Can anyone explain what it’s about?

    Good morning Vagabonds

Looks like another fine day coming our way, Gary says near 80 today, a front comes through at or after night fall.

Arye, I looked at the Argyle Sweater strip, I found it hard to figure any of them I looked at. Not my flavor I’m afraid.

Jan I saw your picture of Blaze on Facebook, nice looking young feller. Sorry for your lose.

A good day to all y’all.

    Morning, Village!

    .

Arye, I read the Argyle Sweater for several days, and didn’t see the strip you described.

    Good morning Vagabonds.

Nice sunny day today with temp in upper 50’s right now and going up to mid 70’s later.

Went to the Cardiologist yesterday and after the exam he told me " I don’t know what you’re doing but keep it up and come back in a year." How about that.

Going to go to the gym now and do some exercising.

After that I’ll play it by ear.

May you all have a good day.

    Good morning, Vagabonds,

Would you believe almost all of the snow melted! That was a lot of the white stuff, and most of it is gone already. I guess once the sun comes out, it does it’s job.

Jan, I am so sorry about Blaze. It must be heartbreaking. And then, your new RV is causing problems! Harrumph! I can’t believe that the dealer’s waiting list runs until December! Unbelievable.

We’re heading out West for a little drive today. We want to check out the trees along the rivers and creeks. If there are any leaves left, the colors should be awesome.

    Happy Trails.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Thank you all for your kind words about Blaze. It helps.

Laundry day today. I don’t think I have done laundry in the same place 2 weeks in a row since we left Las Vegas. This one uses a debit card to operate the machines, so I will have 8 separate tiny charges on my bank account for today. That’s a new one on me.

We drove to one of the “nearby” towns (25 miles) for lunch yesterday and found a truly wonderful Mexican restaurant. Great flavors instead of just “hot”. Neither of us really care for the peppers, but this was really good. (La Fiesta in Cleburne if you must know) It was an extra long lunch hour for Michael, but it was worth it.

After a deluge of rain yesterday, skies are clear again. The forecast is for 85 with 87% humidity while the current humidity level is only 58%. Let us hope that it remains that way.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

The small print says the Argyll sweater was printed in 2009, so I went back to that year and did a sunday survey and found the joke was printed on Oct 18 2009. It lloks like the kids are M&Msand the canister that reads “IT BU” is really “Peanut butter.” I still don’t know the significance of the person who is an unhinged door. Some of the comments read “The land of peanut butter and chocolate”“Inter-racial marriage”“Not in Louisiana”“I think Reese and Emma need to practice a little birth control”“Reese and M&Ms”Thanks for all your help!
