Does ‘anyone’ still even say ‘cool beans’ ? That phrase is from about 10 years ago.
I know a 20-something who says it all the time.
Yes my teenage “kid consultant” still uses that phrase all the time.

There is (the last time I was there) a coffee shop called Cool Beans in Oradell NJ, right by the Bergen County Players’ theatre. If it’s still there and you stop in, tell ’em Working Daze sent you.
