Mary – I got a couple days behind on reading the comics, so I just now red of your sad loss of your Cass. You have my deepest condolences. It’s always so hard to lose a family member like that and our cats (and dogs and other pets) ARE our family. Age 11 isn’t all that old for a cat which makes it harder.

age 11 is more than twice the average cat’s lifespan. but you wouldn’t know that, of course, because you’ve got catshit for brains…

Losing a pets is like losing a member of the family. Always.

The late, great Cass’ brother Timon went to the vet’s today for some (already scheduled a couple of months ago) dental treatment. Happy to say he came through it fine – minus six teeth. Poor guy!
