    Is this Snoopy’s first use of “round-headed kid”? In an earlier strip, I remember him referring to his owner as “Charlie Brown”.

    It’s amazing how much different the coloring of the comic makes it. This is how it appears over on peanuts.com: https://www.peanuts.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/pe_c041112-855×179.png And here is the original: http://www.gocomics.com/peanuts/1970/11/13 It’s strange how this version of the archive skips Sunday strips and throws the days off from when they were originally published in 1970..

    Bah the link to Peanuts didn’t work. You have to go to the comics page and click the Today’s tab https://www.peanuts.com/comics/ to see it. The big difference is that the rope is yellow over there..
