I remember how “The Far Side” occasionally ran “Cats vs. Dogs” themed cartoons that provoked plenty of hate mail. Fortunately I have enough of a sense of humor to actually like this cartoon, considering I’m a cat lover myself.

Two of our cats died this week. I tried to take care of them and get them better, even holding one in my lap and administering subQ fluids. I put a lot of time and money and effort into them. I’m very sad.
