Don’t worry. His latest bout of hateful insanity doesn’t mean anything, since it’s just a Tweet, and is NOT any kind of a legal Executive Order. Just another attempt to distract and deflect from his mounting legal and “administrative” troubles, such as the TOTAL FAILURE of “repeal and replace”! Besides, he LIED AGAIN when he said that he consulted Military leaders about the “ban”. He DIDN’T, as they will ALL tell you, from the SecDef on down!

But while the Cheeto-in-Chief distracted the gullible public with his latest hate-tweet, Jeff “Peach Gremlin” Sessions and his Department of In-Justice intervened in a private New York employment discrimination case the SAME DAY, filing a 36-page friend-of-the-court brief, telling the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York that Title VII, which prohibits employers from discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin, should not extend to include sexual orientation. It’s more than simply distraction from Trump’s personal foibles, it’s distraction from the worse machinations of the GOP.

This is why defending the A.L.C.U. is so difficult, at times – though absolutely required. They are the ones who defend the child-killer who’s civil rights are violated. A person’s rights should be acknowledged, no matter who they are or what they’ve done. What has THIS got to do with anything? Simple, really. The present Attorney General, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions, whom I personally detest because of his past racist stances, deserves the same consideration as any other person when ‘accused’ of wrongdoing. Donnie, the incredible Man-child President, wants Sessions to resign because Sessions had the temerity to recuse himself from dealing with ANY facet of the “Trump-Russia” investigation since he was, himself, a witness (this follows accepted Justice Department rules and protocols, by the way!) This means that Sessions cannot “protect” Donnie from Special Prosecutor Mueller by firing Mr. Mueller! This totally ‘begs’ the question of whether Sessions is "the American peoples attorney and NOT Trump’s private ‘hatchet’ man – in Donnie’s eyes ALL government employees are his personal servants and MUST do his bidding!

Trump lied when he said Hillary would be worse.
