Hey, Varvel, the rule to be revenue neutral is a Republican rule. You can BS all you want but that is what happened.

Too bad we don’t make understanding math and economics a prerequisite for holding office.

Same way Reagan and Bush paid for tax cuts – bluster and faux economics that tax cuts will pay for themselves, as military spending and the deficit soared. Only with Trump, more grandiose. The Republican administrators seem only to care about short term bumps and nothing about long-term inevitable results.

Good question, How are we going to pay for these “tax cut seeds” Trump is throwing all over the desert sand dunes? Maybe he can cut more programs for the poor while giving those corporations more cash?

@jack75287, of course Trump wants to INCREASE spending overall and only cut small domestic programs which actually help citizens.

Since when did the Democrats EVER worry about paying for ANY of their programs?

M, take a look at the debt. That was ballooned by tax cuts and military spending.

GOP’s proposed tax “reform” only gives more $$ to Upper 1%, widening the income inequality in this country! But this doesn’t concern RWNJs!

The Trump plan looks an awful lot like the Bush/Cheney plan, except more grandiose, that almost wrecked the nation and world economy before cooler heads took over.

Silly donkey! They never pay. Some day they’ll let you have office again for a little while to build up a new Treasury for them to divvy up.

TXGAL, the US is already well below the average for taxes collected from its citizens of all developed nations. How low would it have to get to satisfy you that we no longer have the services and the infrastructure to provide a well operating society that we can be comfortable and safe living in ?

Indeed, before lowering taxes even more, we should cut back spending on the over-bloated departments that rob resources from our standard of living (read : the military).

Why would we have to pay for this? We’re getting Free Stuff.

You better start having kids, and you better make sure they get an educatio… oh, wait, you could have paid for their education instead of that tax cut… nevermind.I guess you think you’ll be able to bomb yourself out of being in debt to every other nation on Earth?
