You know how those dragons are. If one abandons a lair, no matter the reason, another one is likely to come along and claim the space. Flip it while it’s hot, to coin a phrase!

The question is, does the existence of a recently slain dragon raise, or lower the value of the castle? What about dragon poltergeists?
