According to my local paper today, Coffee has between 20% and 60% chance of preventing Alzheimers. Apparently doesn’t matter if reg or decaf. Both my Family and Heart Drs say the same thing 2-3 cups of coffee per day are very good for you. Even better if served black. Because then it also protects your teeth.

One of the coffee drinks we have at work is decaf espresso, will never understand that one.
