The Mrs and I loved “Victoria” ITV, a COMMERICAL network, makes some pretty good TV. A lot of what we get from Britain IS NOT BBC.
The Doctor not only met, but saved Queen Victoria and after a knighthood was banished from the British Empire and the beginning of Torchwood in 1879.
