Ed: Haven't you got a class, Gil? Gil: I'm going, Ed. I just can't get over this geography survey...among 18-to-24-year-olds, U.S. kids scored dead last in geographic literacy. One in seven can't even find their own country on a map! I'm going to try these questions on my class. If they do as badly as their peers, I'm working two weeks of geography into my course this fall! Ed: Gil, you teach math. Gil: But I'm a teacher, Ed! I can't just sit idly by!
