Eh, we will see. Don’t count the GOP out just yet - they were in an even bigger mess in 2008, and who remembers it now?

This is what’s waiting for us if normal people don’t come to their senses and VOTE! Don’t let the tiny number of Tea-Baggers overwhelm our common sense.

The Warfare-Welfare party is seeing its Warfare wing split. They will destroy Social Security and Medicare but still spend even more money on the Empire so it doesn’t mean much except to the old people that will lose their retirement and medical coverage but they are the ones voting for these people anyway so you have to admire their self sacrifice.

It’s like watching Logan’s Run except the runners are using Medicare provided mobility scooters and Zimmer frames.

That looks like Palin with the tea pot. What a role model, couldn’t even finish her term as Governor.

Even the moderate wing of the Republicans say there in a civil war with the teapartiers. And to think the R’s embraced them to begin with

I’m with bluejayz – and if normal folks don’t get off their duffs & vote, we’re gonna have Sarah for prez. If you think 08 & 09 were a nightmare, get ready for a return to the 30’s (anybody left alive that remembers what fun that was?)

Don’t forget, the new National Security State in the US, in 1947, brought in Herr Schicklegrüber’s spies to help with our spying (thanks, so much, Allen and John Foster Dulles!) and put down the roots of the modern fascism we are seeing (that’s the coordination of government and business), and the purported symbiotic synergy of the Military-Industrial-(Congressional)-Complex.

Since their attempted coup over FDR in the late thirties had failed, and now FDR was gone, there was little to stand in the way. Read some Gen. Smedley Butler for more details of that attempt.

Liberals seem to think martyrs are found only in religion. But here’s a case where “The Tea Party” will become a flagstaff of conservative value, only because you rally against it.

The days of the Eisenhauer Republicans died when he left office. Since then Tricky Dick was the vanguard and then Reagan got in and the rise of corporations really got going. All the federal safeguards done away with. Now, here we are with the worst recession since the 1930’s and some have lost their memories and their reason.

I guess I won’t be posting this cartoon to my home page. Most tea party members are simply average working people that are sick and tired of Washington pissing away all their money. That is extreme how? The extremist is in the White House.

The name of the book is “THE BUSINESS PLAN,” originally published in the 1930s. It’s still available; in fact, you can even get used copies over at Amazon.com for very little. I highly recommend General Smedley’s book - he was the most highly decorated officer ever, and his book was a factual account, not fiction. I think it should be required reading in every school in America.

You just said not more than 9% of Dems were members of the Tea Party. That is a pretty good percentage. Which is it. 9% or none??
