You really need a third party to vote against someone this time. But it looks like no one have the balls to step out of the system.

Well the GOP was given the means to change the direction of government and couldn’t get it done; might as well left the Dems in office!

this election is no different than any other. people usually vote for a party or out of fear/anger. the news’ job is promote the second type of voter as they are the most easily manipulated.

A functional democratic republic should have incentives to get 100% voter turnouts to accurately represent the nation. There should always be a “no suitable candidate” choice just for the purely hypothetical case where that might actually happen. Theoretically, a two party system can work for all the voters if both ideologies are combined … a pair of pliers works quite well if both halves are pinned together (cooperation), but one half of a pair of pliers (like majority rule in a senate) has few useful purposes. It is very hard to measure or saw with a pair of pliers, so, an experienced worker has other tools (additional political parties) to be more versatile.Ideally, the president would have no political affiliation, but work as an enabler to help all the representatives legislate optimally for the nation as a whole.Having to pick the lesser of two evils?

Older – Trump, White – Trump, Woman – Clinton. Mostly likely she’s voting against her interests.
