It’s about taxes - even the sanctimonious Democrats don’t like to pay them.

Not surprised. If it’s not Geithner or a bunch of Republicans using “C. Street” as their domicile so they can say it’s a church, it’s more Dems exploiting our many tax loopholes.

Newt and the boys have how many “off shore” accounts? I can only guess that Kerry’s done something to take advantage of tax law in Rhode Island?

Frankly, it does bother me that the Biden’s are from Delaware, corporate fraud (especially banks and credit cards) capitol of the U.S.

But then, Texas seems to produce far more whackos than just Waco can produce.

^^ Truths only “hurt” when they’re related to Democrats. Republican related truths merely get swept under the rug or not published by the Liberal media. *

Conservative Posting 101 If a DEM does something stupid, illegal, immoral, or unethical it proves that he is a hypocrite and that everything he has done is for profit, and that all of the DEMS ideas, plans, or programs are stupid, illegal, or unethical.

If a Republican does something stupid, illegal, immoral, or unethical it means that the liberial media is blowing this out of proportion, or that some DEM has done something like this and no one complained, or the person who did this is sorry and, as a good Christian, should be forgiven.

    Jade, Ken, Trout:

The only possible reasonable comment you should make is Kerry did something legal but unethical. Period. If you get caught speeding it makes no difference if others do that also. He is guilty. Why so tough to admit it?

Of course for me it is much easier. Not being a Republican either I can point fingers at both corrupt parties. Only we libertarians are perfect. Except when Rand Paul screws up and he does.

Lib- as a “radical centrist” I sorta’ noted I didn’t see the news article, but anyone with money, including Libertarians, seems to do anything they can to escape taxes.

What bothers me, as a vet, taxpayer, and former “civil servant” who put his life literally on the line many time for those “publics”—- you are right, ethics and criminality are often separated by a line written on paper. I’d like to take those papers, that add up to huge books, like CFRs and the Tax Codes- and shove them where the sun don’t shine, until the authors choke to death. You are right, and it bother’s me that those on “the right” are blind to the truth, as are those on the left (but frankly, to a lessor degree)–American’s, not just in politics have lost their morality- and it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEOLOGY! The BIGGEST CROOKS AND KILLERS ARE the “religious”.

“Ethics” in America is as approachable as the surface of the sun. That HAS to change, and SOON!

“Why so tough to admit it?”

I admitted it quite clearly. Interesting how you have an issue with how I worded my statement but whenever something gets posted about Republican inconsistencies you’re quick to point out Democrats. I also note you don’t make comments about Right wingers doing the exact same thing. If you’re so unbiased, “why so tough to call out both sides?”

Not surprised. If it’s not Geithner or a bunch of Republicans using “C. Street” as their domicile so they can say it’s a church, it’s more Dems exploiting our many tax loopholes.

dtrout - the biggest crooks and killers are the religious? Obviously you have never met any of the religious of America. Are you referring to the miserable likes of Jesse Jackson? Maybe televangelists? You should meet REAL people. Step out of your world and face real live Americans. Maybe you’ve scooped up some scum, and rubbed elbows with elite, but meet reality some day. You might be surprised, but then, I doubt that you would open your mind wide enough to face reality.

I find this fascinating. There have now been several comments on what are we talking about? What did Kerry do?

And then, we have totally blind who say the MSM is not liberal. The MSM doesn’t want to hurt Democrats and so they decide what Kerry did was not news until forced to face it by talk radio and Fox. Did you read what Journolist was all about? Not publishing anything that could hurt Obama. repress Rev. Wright stories. Make up racist charges against the conservatives and make them defend themselves.

And then they say well it couldn’t have occurred because the NYT or CBS didn’t discuss it. Naive beyond words.

^ How’d that “ACORN isn’t guilty of the crazy charges Fox News went on for 2 months claiming they were?” *crickets* Yep, totally liberal.

“Don’t understand the reference. What did Kerry do?”

From what I’ve read he had his yacht registered in Rhode Island where he doesn’t have to pay property taxes on it. His state of residence, I believe, is Delaware, where property taxes are significantly high.

    Standard tax-dodging.

On the money, yet again, Mr. Ramirez. Next up your insightful cartoon about Glenn Beck the gold digger.

There’s nothing “illegal” about inciting public fear with your spin on news while also advertising for Gold Line. It’s not like it’s a proven fact that economic fear and the price of gold are correlated… . That him or several others who peddle Gold Line would try to incite economic fear on Fox News is purely coincidence… certainly nothing to note.

No arguing with you on the fear from the left part.

However, I hear that secret racist [Obamites] have burrowed their way into his administration to get revenge on the White man for his deeds in the past. The bold portion is a Fox News quote. Look out, the black people are coming. And they want your stuff.
