    Back in the pre-Nixon days someone painted daisies on sandstone near the road. Traces can still be glimpsed reminding one of a more naive time. Love it. Peace, man!

    This reminds me of a bit from an old Red Skelton (as Clem Kadiddlehopper) sketch:

    Clem’s Father: Why is everything so dirty? I told you to dust the furniture.

    Clem: Yesterday, you told me to paint the furniture, so I put paint on the furniture. Today, you told me to dust the furniture, so I put dust on the furniture.
