those are all chick flicks (maybe not ‘the postman’)….surely there’s a chick out there in gocomics comments that thinks these movies were just keen…
maybe these movies were so bad because the script was over laden with dialogue….tons and tons of dialogue ……you gotta have a chase scene accompanied by loud percussion at a steady beat or some pyrotechnics to keep it interesting–
Meet Joe Black is a fantstic movie and I do not see how anyone could think it too long or boring. Well I suppose if you have an attention span smaller than the goldfish, that would explain it. Mind you the other movies do suck!
And “The Postman”? Yeah, Kevin Costner always plays Kevin Costner, but it wasn’t bad - I still watch it about once a year or so. Same with “Waterworld”.
