You know people came to tv long ago when they are obviously old and not very photogenic. In today’s world, a wrinkled face can’t get on tv unless it’s already a legend.
I’ve observed to my wife that ANandy is a very skilled troll, who has mastered the art of being rude, insulting, and obnoxious without quite crossing the line that would cause a mass flagging to take place, as happened with Stripper. Very clever, in a trivial, ultimately meaningless way.
Bruce, flagging someone is our First Amendment right. In practice, most people here have been extremely conservative in doing so unless someone really steps over the line. PJ is entitled to flag, but unless multiple people flag someone, GoComics won’t do anything about it, which I think is a reasonable way to approach it.

Those who fear and censor another’s view are the ultimate cowards in this society. Crude and abusive language seems to flow most readily from those with thinnest skins. Sometimes it would seem nice if they’d scratch themselves and bleed out, but bile runs deep from inside the liver, and compensates for the lack of “spinal” fluid?
