Conservative senators who have read Mz. Kagan’s writings have found a lot to be worried about if she gets a LIFETIME job on the Supreme Court, voting on decisions that will affect all Americans.
She is pro-abortion, even perhaps to the procedure where the baby is forced to be born feet first, and then when only the head remains inside the mother, the “doctor” punctures its brains and it dies.
She is willing to ban speech she doesn’t like, and books she doesn’t approve of, and is generally on the side of the radical Left on most issues the USSC must deal with.
Labels are short-hand for a deeply divided set of philosophies…..and Conservatives have “equal rights” to be heard and considered as do the Liberals.
The “Facts” came from her own mouth when she argued cases that she supported.
