I think Michael Ramirez deserves the cartoon awards he recieves. I do not agree with most of them, but the award are not given out because of a cartoonist political stance. Michael Ramirez cartoons are well drawn and composed but more importantly they are provactive which is what you want in a good editorial cartoon.

The fall of Saigon was Nixon/Ford administration, who only gave up on what started under Ike, actually, not LBJ.
