Forensic evidence says Ferguson and South Carolina aren’t even remotely close. Brown shouldn’t have been shot, but evidence indicated he was NOT running away, and DID represent a physical threat to the officer. Scott was unarmed, not a physical threat to the officer, and definitely shouldn’t have been shot.
