After reading Barticle35’s post, I feel better. I thought it was just me.

I could kind of get the feeling of the first two panels but got lost by the end.

@barticle, davidf and Logan: he’s a young man bored, with nothing exciting on the horizon (a town full of pickle faces, a balloon with passin’ footsteps). Can’t listen to the radio because someone’s on the phone (tin cup conversation.) There’s a policeman he can’t get around (would tan under a streetlight — not been around much) spoiling his fun with his slingshot. But that won’t stop him; he’s going to give the cop a run for his money (“no pansy hunt”), and not leave him with nothing to do (give him the stand up.) There; I hope that helped. And Logan, nice to see you again.
