After the tribal bickering is over, something will be approved. Factories of the Death and Destruction industry being located in every congressional district guarantees continuous warfare. Now that the local Islamic populations have been goaded into conducting the ground war, and Americans have been convinced by the propagandists that the war is soon to come to America, America will heartily approve of more death and destruction overseas that keeps their factories at home humming.
^Would hope so. Also, “no AMERICAN boots on the ground” doesn’t mean NO boots. With Jordan now more involved, it should be up to a coalition of REGIONAL folks providing the boots, with potentially our air support and logistics, not boots.

Congress needs to vote on something and put thyere money where there mouth is. I would rather the General and Obama handle the war than the current do nothing congress but make politcal staetements and posturing.
