    Yes, indeed! Magoo is a short, bald curmugeon who is very near-sighted— a perfect example of humor stemming from a person’s physical shortcomings. I am mainly referring to the regular Mr. Magoo cartoons, where he was playing himself, rather than Ebenezer Scrooge…

    Speaking of “A Christmas Carol,” did you know that before Charles Dickens decided on the name, “Tiny Tim,” he considered the names, “Little Larry,” “Small Sam” and “Puny Pete?”
