On our trip to New Zealand, plane wasn’t full, not bad. Coming back, every seat was full on the 747, and after 16 hrs, it did feel about like the ’toon in coach. My son-in-law gets to use his company connections for first class, and when daughter described their “leg room”, made us reconsider our next trip to visit them….
The feeling of degradation, forced existence, pain and despair are absolutely hyperbole in this instance, and Ariail certainly knows that. This is not meant to be funny, imho, but rather a mordant comment on what we, as consumers, are made to feel like. We are forced into living like cattle, if you will, or like those forced to endure whatever the airlines( and other purveyors) make us endure when we have little or no alternatives. They are our “owners” for the period in which we must kowtow to them. I applaud Ariail for this wonderfully ascerbic comment on modern life. And, yes, I hate slavery and what has been done to Africans and all others forced into servitude. But it doesn’t change an artist’s duty to make us see a true perspective. Good on ya, Robert..

Maybe because of the Indiana cultural exhibit thing? Or a similar museum thing somewhere else.

The total lack of a sense of humor is one sign of psychosis, jees, lighten up!
