Every time the “biggies” get into a “depositing yellow fluid” match, the little folks always end up the meat in that sandwich, indeed, Tom.

All Putin wants is the land connecting Crimea to Russia. All Hitler wanted was the land connecting East Prussia to Germany. As Bill Cosby would say, “Riiiiight!” And the beat goes on …

China has also been doing some ‘border adjustments’. The Google company was allowed into China on the condition that Google Maps would be redrawn. Now, all the disputed land borders are shown as Chinese territory and in disagreement with UN maps. As we comment on Russian land grabs, China has grabbed International Sea and Air space.

I love how Toles always draws Putin with such a skinny neck, sticking so far out. And there’s more than one ax in the world………

“Didn’t somebody or other proclaim “the cold war is over”?”That still hold true. Putin’s Russia is inextricably tangled in the global economy. The same could not be said of the USSR. While Putin is looking to assert Russian muscle on it’s neighbors, nuclear war is not on the table & Berlin is safe.Putin is a challenge to NATO. He sees NATO as a challenge to Russian influence. Neither side should see the other as a mortal threat.
