worked with a mom, and yes all she talked was kids.so one day I started talking about my dog and cat, as if they were my children,,,they do this and do that and said this blah blah, and she said, are you comparing, and I said yes.

I worked with one whose sole conversational topics were the new baby, breast feeding, and the exercises she was doing to get her figure back.The last I knew of the family, the husband, who’d been a nice guy, was trying to drink himself to death because he despised her but loved the baby. It was a family-complicated situation, and sad all around.

I’d advice sending her to room 101 in the ministry of love. After that she’ll be much more compliant.
