Another example of why progressives are disappointed with Obama. He continues to try to act like a Republican.
I can’t wait until he characterizes the Geneva Conventions as “quaint”.

Obviously both are wrong if they say anything like that. Irrespective of correlation or causation, the idea that people don’t knowingly do useless, indeed harmful, things over and over again is contrary to everything we observe about people. And I don’t keep up on such things, so I may be confusing one charlatan with another, but wasn’t Skinner discredited by the establishment decades ago?
