Who will enforce any verdict if the one who executes, aka the President, the law is convicted as per “John Marshall has made the decision, now let him enforce it.”
1. Assuming that the Republicans are able to sue/impeach or whatever Obama, wasting millions in lawyer fees— which will be paid for with tax money, we have Joe Biden for president until Obama’s term would have ended anyway.
2. The sue/impeachment nonsense has provided the best fundraising tool for Democrats since 2008.
3. People who can be persuaded to send money are likely to also turn out to vote.
4. No one but the more insane wing of the Republican party doesn’t realize that all of the above is true, but they have the power to control the less insane wing.
Considering all that, why would anyone vote for a party that would make such a totally obviously stupid move to run the country?
It is a sad situation when you have a president with a pen and a phone wastes trillions but the no-intelligence voters are concerned about a few millions it would cost to impeach him.
