If by looking out you mean denying them basic medical care access, driving the education system to the bottom of the ratings and developing an economy that only benefits the wealthiest one percent, then yeah he’s watching out for them.
Using tax payer dollars to send a thousand National Guard troops to the border to stand around and get in the way does seem rather dimwitted. The only thing worse is the Congressional Republicans who want to immediately deport everyone but end up standing around collecting their tax payer funded paycheck. I guess they don’t have a vote to rescind the ACA or an investigation to grandstand with this week.
DaSharkie: Yes, the prospect of Clinton or Biden is scary (although not as scary as the Republicans). Elizabeth Warren? Also scary – to the ruling elites.
“You’re right. No Republican has a chance in 2016.”.True. With Obama’s food stamp recruitment drive robbing Peter to pay Paul will never be more profitable. Sometimes Peter doesn’t know what’s going on, but Paul does and will always vote to get what is taken from someone else.
If you think Warren isn’t impressive, you haven’t been paying attention. She’s my senator, and for good reason. She’s REALLY knowledgeable about the banking system – she’s smacked down so-called pundits, and Tim Geithner got schooled by her, which led him to push against her appointment at the head of the Consumer Protection Agency she helped design – and that was stupid of him in retrospect! (Plus, it worked!)(http://www.upworthy.com/must-watch-the-video-cnbc-tried-to-hide-from-the-internet-they-probably-shouldnt-have-done-that-2)Furthermore, she is REALLY fighting for the working and middle-class citizen — look at her pattern of proposed laws, some of which she reached across party lines to propose — she has actually caused other senators to do better homework for their committees, because she always does, and makes them look so stupid that they are working harder now to look credible!I don’t want her to run for President, because I like what she’s doing in the Senate so much. Let someone else run.

This is a pretty good metaphor:
A platoon of troops are carrying out their mission.
Their mission is to erect the 2016 presidential campaign of Mr. Perry, which will then flap in the breeze.
Nicely done, Mr. Anderson.
