REX MORGAN: At last this strip is realistic with June not taking sides until she knows what’s going on. She hasn’t even started yet and they want her to join them. Why did the others get fired? Did they refuse to change?

MARY WORTH: Is this ever going to stop?

Bizarro has a good one today.

FUNKY W: Good News – Les tells the hallucinatory cat he has figured out a way to get out of continuing to work in a frustrating & uncomfortable situation. Bad News – Les will probably leave Hollywood and go back to Westview (and the Hollywood setting has been fun!.). JUDGE PARKER Panel 7: Pulchritude! MARY WORTH Panel 7: Zip-a-Dee- Doo-Dah!

I keep having trouble at AZ Central. I have to redo my favorites nearly every day.

Rex Morgan – Good! June stated her position clearly. By FIGHTING for their jobs, they’re more likely to lose them. And by concentrating on that, they aren’t doing their jobs.Judge Parker – Abby should tell her that’s inappropriate attire for a business lunch.Mary Worth – The strange look and the remark about life being strange doesn’t appear in the recap. Maybe it means something, maybe it doesn’t.Prince Valiant – How long can they stay underwater?

FOXTROT: A lot of dialogue today…but after looking at the English version, the bottom line is: School starts in 2 weeks. Actually, school starts tomorrow in the county where i live…where did the summer go?JUDGE PARKER: @ marvee – I agree…although Ned looks quite fetching, her attire is an invitation to “monkey business.”

@David, I don’t understand your remark about “Archie” being Hollywoodish and gay.

I hadn’t read “Mary Worth & Me” for a while, but checked it out yesterday. In the entry for Aug. 12, the blogger, “Wanders” shared a personal story that relates to the Olive/pool story. You might find it interesting and touching.
