at least Obama didn’t “learn about the shooting-down of the airliner in the news”….Putin phoned and informed Obama.-The UN Security Council is meeting in NYCity at 10a.m.edt;calling for such actions as “protecting the scene” which has already been tampered with….and “saving evidence” which is also probably too late…. the shooters have had access from MINUTE ONE.-Putin is the source of the arms/weapons/launchers and training that the pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine have and most likely used to shoot down 298 civilians, incuding many infants with parents, and scientists headed for a meeting in Australia. Over 20 passengers were believed to be Americans.-The US FAA had warned airlines about flying over the war zone….so why was the plane flying that route???-(after learning from Putin about the tragedy, Obama gave 40 seconds to the news and then played Happy Clown to Democrats in Delaware in his true occupation, fund-raising, being AWOL on presidential matters, IMO.)
I get paid as much as those who find fault with the president even when the subject has nothing to do with him. Truly, you do not see any “defense” in my previous post. I just see that there is a pattern: if anything goes wrong with anything, it’s automatically Obama’s fault.
If you have read my posts in the past, I have consistently maintained that there are plenty of true failures of his administration. The fact that I stubbed my toe this morning, though, is not his fault, no matter how I try to make that happen.
And we should give weapons to whom, like in Syria? Like we did in Afghanistan when stingers from their were fired at civilian airliners as well, fortunately unsuccessfully. War has become too irrational to excuse in any form.

So very sad. Who is hateful enough to target civilians?
And why didn’t anyone think to re-route the flight path? When people are at war, it’s a good idea to stay away from the fighting.

Has anyone heard about how this is Obama’s fault? I’m sure people are hard at work trying to fabricate a connection.

See comments under Steve Breen and Ted Rall for excellent examples of my point.
