Wasabi (A type of Asian horseradish) is, on its own, relatively Mild. Once combined with Soy Sauce (or any decent Fish Sauce), it achieves levels of heat reminiscent of superheated Plasma and should be stored in a suitable safeguarded Magnetic Containment Bottle. Or, in the interest of saving Time / Money just pass it my way! :-)
