Our apartment is too small for more than one pet, or I would gladly take another cat, maybe even a dog if I could persuade hubby to let me rescue a pug or a shepherd mix.

A shelter/rescue facility is the ONLY place I go to when I’m ready to adopt. They have the very best dogs!

a least send them a donation if nothing else or better yet adopt a pet!

All of our cats except one came from the shelter. And Toshie was not the prettiest cat either. We took her because she looked like a fruit bat, and was hanging on the side of the cage yelling at the top of her lungs! For 19 years she was my shadow.

Adopting from pet shelters and rescue centers be it cat or dog, or even bunnies, etc. is the only way to go. So many of them have been abandoned, mistreated, etc. They are God’s creatures too, and they deserve a good life
