Oh, I got a letter just yesterday, promising me a vacation that’s paid for. Well, airline tickets and a resort stay, at least. All I have to do is call a 1-877 phone number in the next 6 days.I just know it’s for real and there couldn’t possibly be any ulterior motives on the part of the sender.
at my old job, the only way to get a vacation was to ask to be laid off. Then hope you get hired back for the late Fall. (always got hired back in January)..Now with the new job, of 13 years – I get 4 weeks of paid vacation time. Don’t get more time until after 16 (or is it 18?) years.

at my company, we can get up to 5 weeks a year.
hard to really use them when they cut back on people and give me the work load of 3 people….
really cant afford to take off from work. so I get paid out for them…..
