What I like about Victoria (a lot, actually) is that she seems to be a good compliment to both Danae and Kate. Of course, that means she could be the force that unites them into a powerful triad that will take over the world – or at least the house.

I also was unaware that Bob was Joe’s brother, and I’ve been following this strip for a few years…

Any chance Bob might hook up with Brenda (remember Brenda?)? Or maybe Victoria will switch over to Bob and Joe will get back together with Brenda? (the plot sickens… ;) ).

Does Joe’s ex ever bother to visit (or even communicate) with her daughters?

With all this meddling in the private affairs of cartoon characters, maybe I need a life? :)

Up to now, I have liked Victoria but this stunt did very little for me. When I see this type of behavior, I wonder if it would be okay to yank on her undergarments (whatever that might be) if she said something a stranger didn’t appreciate but that would not seem very funny.

Maybe I should just accept that all men by their very nature are inconsiderate jerks but then again I am a guy so what do I know.

Victoria, meet Tina, the brittle tech writer c/o Dilbert. Maybe you can teach her how being neurotic and thin-skinned can be endearing. At least, some people find it so. Me, I think you’re better off spending the rest of your life picking cat hair out of your lean cuisine.

Dude, it’s a childish prank, and an example that Victoria isn’t a character that’s going to get walked over. If anything, I think this was done to foreshadow that she’s not just going to let Danae get her way anytime she wants, but is perfectly capable of putting her in her place without fear.

In other words: DON’T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY! I get too much of that on the superhero boards I visit.. I don’t need that kind of drama here.

Victoria’s getting meaner by the strip. For some reason I thought she would be a sweet person when first introduced, but now shes just plain mean. You should tone it down a little Wiley, and leave the wedgies to Danae.

I just have to clarify: Just what does a Regimental Scotsman wear under his kilt? His shoes.

Personally I hate to have my name shortened (I am NOT a Chris) and so sympathize with Victoria here.

I suspect that Joe had a lot more to do with that Atomic Wedgie than might be apparent at first. Joe appears to be the younger brother, and so this may well have been an orchestrated event for proxy-revenge on his part. How much would you like to bet that Joe suffered through many a wedgie from his “dear” brother through the years? That’s my take on the matter, and I’m sticking to it. =]

Boy, I know I’ve been here just a short time, but this might be the most divisive strip I’ve seen so far. And I gots to tell ya that compared to some of the bleeep I’ve done in my strips, this is tame. I mean I’ve had Duela Dent blow up half of the DC universe Tom and Jerry style, had Blue Beetle give Traci 13 a coolie hat for a christmas gift, and had Linda Danvers try to murder Kara Zor-El numerous times.

So I guess if Victoria calls Bob ‘Robert’ someday it’ll be OK for him to give her a right-and-proper open hand pimp slap to the side if the face? I see no humor in this strip and make’s me dislike Vic even more.

I agree with a previous posts and say Dump her now Joe while you have the chance! And yea, I like NS to escape reality not be reminded of it.

Yes, it is. But I prefer that my cartoons NOT mimic the meanness I see every day. For me they’re an avenue of escape from the suckage that is real life. Example: I all but stopped reading Peanuts when I was a kid because I knew too many cruel girls in real life. The character of Lucy did nothing but remind me of them.
