My favorite sketch on “The State” had two high schoolers in a contest to make each other laugh. What made it funnier was the way it got presented as seriously as a blacktop fight with a bully.
The OK Corral never had any real history. The gunfight occurred in the vacant lot next to C.S.Fly’s photographic studio. Not sounding “wild west” enough, a pioneering photojournalist has be ignored by history.
