Charlie Brown wore that shirt with the black zigzag on it for 50 years. Nobody complained about that. So what’s wrong with Mrs. Drabble wearing the same apron all the time?

Not to mention the pink fuzzy slippers and pearls to do the housework.

Missed another opportunity to remove the apron from the ugly, badly drawn, fat-nosed woman.

I don’t know if you read the Cathy comic strip or not, but in case you don’t, Cathy’s mom wears her apron all the time, too — including out in public. I love the strip but it just seems kind of silly to me. I mean, why would anybody for any reason wear an apron like that outside their house?

Why do you bother reading the comics if you know your going to find something disparaging about them?
