For Phoebe weird is normal. What’s wrong with being weird anyhow? My horse seems to delight in being weird.

Perish the thought! Who wants to be normal anyway?

Yes, Marigold, it’s true: some days you just can’t say ANYTHING right to humans! Especially when they’re nine-year-old girls. I remember having a complete meltdown when I found out which eighth-grade classroom I was going to be in. EVERYONE I knew would be in the other one. Worlds collided; rain fell up; cats barked and dogs meowed… well, maybe the tall blond Italian boy I developed crush on in my class helped a little. Yep, you’ll be fine, Phoebe. ;-)

Dana, I love Phoebe’s expressions, especially when she’s upset. I have to believe your inner child is alive and well and having a wonderful time in your head.
