I’ve never seen a dentist sitting down while working on a patient before. Do they do that with children these days? (I can’t remember 60 years ago when I was that age. :) )
The dentist is modeled after Chris, and yes, she does have a stool she can sit on. Since here she’s waiting, and not getting to work, she’s sitting until Maria can be reasoned with. Did I say ‘until?’
Don’t like the drilling. But it is worrisome when the hygienist excuses herself to go “sharpen her instruments” . .something about sharp is better than dull…..
