The ad is a LIE - Tim Tebow’s mother was a missionary in the Phillipines during her preganancy - late stage illness. Abortion has always been ILLEGAL in the Phillipines …. she claims she had a choice to abort her child. She is a hypocritical liar. Just like all the rest of the far right - murder the abortion Dr. to save the babies.

PETA ads offend me, but they are everywhere and I deal with it. I don’t agree with the pro-life side of things just like I don’t agree with PETA, that doesn’t mean they don’t have the right to advertise. Especially when they are paying for it and the company is willing and ready to air it. At least pro-life is upfront about what they believe and what they do. PETA cannot say the same.

abortion should be retroactive

Ratheon, Lockheed/Martin, Boeing, Xi, and a few other “defense” contractors should advertise as “pro-life” and in favor of birth control. Convoluted logic is sooo super bowl.

The problem is that the “company” is making decisions about what it will and will not air. Summers could have just as easily made “Gay Dating Service” as the punchline of his cartoon. There was a gay dating service who had the funds to pay for a SB ad, but CBS decided against it. For those who understand a thing or two about diversity, gay populations are no more outside the mainstream than rapid pro-lifers. I agree that a company or organization who has the funds for a SB ad should have the right to have their message heard (whether I agree with it or not), but that means the broadcasting company should not be highly selective in the ads that it chooses.

I wish I could play linebacker against Tim.

There used to be people who observed 2 people of an ethnic group to be lazy, and they assigned that trait to all the members of that group. It’s called bigotry, blind hatred. Get over it. Actually, you are. You just have to live with the consequences, which range from living happy ever after to being shot in the attempt and dying in a few days of torment that I am unable to describe in sufficient detail. Actually, there are probably worse options.

Anyway, banning abortions won’t mean they won’t happen. It means they will be illegal.

@Sandor I don’t get the correlation between murdering millions of people based on their faith and removing a fetus. Hitler did not kill millions of cells, he slaughtered living and breathing persons of a religious sect.

My knock on Hitler was to demonstrate Tim Teabag’s flawed argument on abortion (if my mother aborted me I would not be here type of argument).

But if you want to play that “abortion is murder game” then by all means. I’ll walk away from that argument since we’ll be debating that till we die.
