I just read an article in the NYT about how eating more fruit and veggies don’t help lose weight: the problem the study highlighted was that rather than eating F&V instead of fat, sugar, etc., people were eating a nice salad, and then gorging on the junk in addition..“Eat less, exercise more.” Now if I could expand that to 250 pages, I’d have a best-seller.
I usually laugh out loud when I read your comic…today you hit a nerve, and not a good one. I think making fun of anyone’s weight is lower than whale poop. Apology needed to Melissa McCarthy.
