If you think Mr. Cantor is a socialist, you must think that every single American is a Socialist. Check your wallet for ID, look in the mirror. You just may find YOU are a socialist, too.
BORDER SECURITY PROBLEMSFrom the WikiPedia entry for San Juan Bautista, the small town and home the namesake mission in San Benito County, California:“ Alcade (mayor) … José Antonio Castro was a key member of the overthrow of (Mexican) governors Nicolás Gutiérrez in 1836 and Manual Micheltorena in 1844.”“After defeating Micheltorena and his ill-equipped “Cholo” army, José Antonio Castro was appointed Comandante General of California, in charge of the Mexican Army’s operations in California. From San Juan Bautista, Castro ordered the army against potential foreign incursions; he soon became preoccupied with the threat posed by the uneducated foreign workers who were entering the country illegally, particularly from the United States, and who refused to adopt Mexican customs or learn Spanish.”
Just as there are multiple factions within “Al Qaeda”, there ARE factions within the “TEA party”. Just as there are different factions in the immigration debate, there are those who’ve “got theirs” and don’t intend to share with “late comers”, and those who see that restoring some of the logical laws we had, like guest worker programs, can be updated to properly serve PEOPLE, not “factions”.
The attacks on Cantor from the “right” are the definition of “nut faction”.

I live in Mexico, and we certainly do not want or need any right wing Republican nuts down here.

Unfortunately for Mr. Cantor, Mexico has extremely strict immigration laws.
